• Please email us to see if we accept your insurance as we are always looking to be added to different insurance panels. We are also able to provide documentation of services rendered/paid that you can submit to your insurance and see if your insurance will reimburse you directly.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

• Cancellation of appointments must be completed 24 hours or more prior to the time of the appointment to avoid a late fee:

• $150 for psychotherapy intake

• $80 for a psychotherapy appointment

• $200 for psychiatric evaluation

• $100 for medication management appointment
